Claudia is the matron figure of the clan and possibly the eldest member. She was there for the horrifying Slocum incident at the turn of the century and worked at the hospital through all its phases.

She was very close with Father, even before he founded the tribe and the lair. Back when he was a patient at Riverside Hospital and had no clue that he would one day be the leader of a family of sadistic ghouls.

If Father is.. well, father, Claudia is mother. And a strict mother indeed.
